I’m a certified and accredited Coach Practitioner, as well as NLP Practitioner,Timeline Therapy Practioner and Hypnotherapy Practitioner.  I also am a trained in Neuroscience and a teacher in Mindfulness, meditation and energy healing .I offer holistic coaching with a focus on whole being wellness: physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual.I believe in people living fully in their purpose to thrive internally and externally, reaching their full potential, and as such I apply that to my practice of Life Coaching and Transformation coaching.  I have 18 years Healthcare leadership, expertise in health coaching, executive & leadership coaching as well as group coaching.

My passion projects include providing health well being coaching for cancer patients an area where I have trained extensively with specialist training in Oncology, Hematology, Palliative Care and Care of Teenage and Young Adults.  I also do philanthropic work with young adults in the Black And Minority Ethnic groups providing mentorship, career guidance and life coaching.  In addition to the above I work with women  to equip, activate, empower for  purpose filled living.
